Surrounded by mountain views and fresh air, join me for 60 minutes of grounding Vinyasa Yoga.


Yoga outside is a wonderful, sensory way to connect to nature. To feel the earth beneath your feet, the sun on your skin and to listen to the sound of the birds, the trees in the breeze and the water against the shore.


We’ll begin gently focusing on the breath, slowing down and listening to the world around us. Before, building heat through the body with flowing movement, finally we’ll slow it down again with some longer held restorative postures. Leaving the mind and body feeling calm and restored.


Please come wearing comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on. Open to all levels, no previous yoga experience is required.
